"Nine Tiles" is a highly popular series that has been printed more than 300,000 times in Japan. It gained widespread recognition in 2017 when a popular TV show, "Konya wa Nazotore", featured it as the top method for brain training, showcasing Tokyo University students playing the game, which caused it to temporarily sell out. In 2018, it won the Good Toy Award, and its popularity grew further from 2020 onwards as a go-to choice for at-home activities.
The rules are simple: each player rearranges and flips the 9 tiles in front of them to match the theme card faster than anyone else. While the rules are easy to grasp, you must think carefully about the front and back of the tiles in order to correctly make a match.
