The "Nine Tiles Extreme Designer Notes" booklet contains interviews with authors Jean-Claude Pellin and Jens Merkl, Jun Sasaki, who was in charge of the artwork, Rie Komatsuzaki and Keiko Inagaki, who facilitated the production, as well as programmer, Tomoaki Tsuchie. It also features a behind the scene look at the production process.
