"Souvenirs from Beijing" is part of a series of games that adds new gameplay elements to the rules of "Souvenirs from Venice", which was released by Oink Games in 2024. Set in Beijing, players roll dice to move their bicycle pieces in search of souvenirs, aiming to collect three matching tiles from the six souvenir types before all the tiles in the town are flipped face up.

"Souvenirs from Beijing" introduces an additional rule for special souvenirs. Purchasing a special souvenir costs 2 coins, but if a set of three matching souvenirs includes a special souvenir, you earn a bonus. This adds new strategic depth and you might find yourself tempted by a special souvenir that's not a part of your current set. Or you might be left wondering which souvenir an opponent secretly bought when they paid 2 coins to pick up a tile.

The game's design features red and yellow, colors considered lucky in China. It's accented with gold foil stamping and features a design of the Temple of Heaven, a famous World Heritage site in Beijing. The six souvenir types depict tanghulu, facial masks, Chinese knotting, panda plushes, Peking duck, and Tang suits. Souvenirs from Beijing allows family and friends to enjoy the atmosphere of Beijing together and includes both Chinese and English instructions. *Japanese instructions are not included.
