"Tropichaos" is a game about collecting and selling fruit as the seasons shift rapidly. Players take on the role of fruit sellers, aiming to sell their goods at just the right time, during each fruit’s peak season, before the seasons change. The player who earns the most points from selling fruit wins.
Every time a fruit chip is drawn, a new chip is revealed, and among them are “season chips,” which trigger the change of season. You never know when the next season chip will appear, so the tension builds. Should you play it safe and sell your fruit before the season passes, or take the risk of stockpiling fruit in hopes of cashing in big later?
Since your hand size is limited, you can’t hold on to everything forever.
On each turn, your choice is simple, either collect fruit or sell fruit, but the timing makes every decision meaningful. Unexpected season shifts create surprising twists and dramatic moments, keeping the game lively and full of excitement.
The fruits you’ll be buying and selling are kiwis, mangos, and pomegranates. Kiwis sell for a high price in spring, mangos in summer, and pomegranates in autumn, but outside of those seasons, they won’t ell for as much. Keep an eye on the changing seasons to decide which fruits to buy and when to sell them. The components, themed around the three fruits and seasons, feature vibrant colors and a striking design.
