This Face, That Face? is an expression-making, quiz board game recommended for both families and friends. It's sure to make you laugh. This title is a digital version of the board game Mr.Face released by Oink Games. The player in charge of making the face checks the theme on the subject card, then crafts an expression with the provided parts. The other players guess which line the face represents, and if they guess right, they score points, along with the face-maker. The game engages both the face-making player trying to convey an expression, and the players trying to guess which theme matches the face. Both roles are fun to take on in this creative quiz game.

There are cards with various phrases. Use the face parts to create an expression that perfectly matches the sentence. The 28 face parts are seemingly simple geometrical shapes, but can be combined to create an amazing variety of expressions. Put your own twist on it to make it work for even the most complex emotions!

On the technical side, the game’s public matching system has also been revamped. If a room has empty player slots, you can enter a room mid-game and wait to join while spectating. This streamlines the matching process, making it even easier to jump in and play.

Oink Games’ collection of titles gaining recognition in the board game industry are finally available to play on the Nintendo Switch. With a library including popular titles such as Deep Sea Adventure and A Fake Artist Goes to New York. Also, some titles will allow you to test your skills against the CPU.

Oink Games +, was a crowdfunding project to fund the development of this game. A Kickstarter campaign ran from May 11th to June 5th, 2021, receiving support from 1,689 backers, raising approximately US$56,443 (6,520,797JPY). Later that year, the game was released for digital download on December 16, 2021.

The game launched with four popular Oink Games titles. Including the 200,000+ units sold, worldwide hit Deep Sea Adventure and the drawing social deduction game A Fake Artist Goes to New York. ”Startups, a game where you make strategic company investments to beat out your competitors, and Moon Adventure, a co-op game where you become astronauts on a desperate return mission. In this new update, a fifth title, the expression-making guessing game This Face, That Face? will be added free of charge. Also, more titles are planned to be added in the future.
